Today is the first Monday of October. I have many goals this month and one of them is to drop 3 lbs. In order for me to see results i need to eat less, low sugar, no processed foods, low alcohol consumption and making sure to be consistent with my workouts. I want to make sure I workout 6 days a week.

Todays breakfast will be
peach with a couple bites of oatmeal
Snack
Almonds
lunch
Salad
snack
?
Dinner
? something very light

drink at least 3 litters of water

Tonight I am finishing my 3ed day of the master cleanse. I am doing really well on it so far (thank god). I am going to do it for 7 days with while my boyfriend is doing it for 5 days. We are going out of town next weekend to Atlanta so I want to at least be off my cleanse for a couple days before I leave town. But to be honest-you never know I may do the cleanse till. We will see. Then when I am done with the MC I will do a juice fast. Next weekend I will be eating possibly not that clean so- what I will do is on the 13-17 I will be eating really clean. Eating raw style foods and drinking lots of water. I am looking forward to be dropping some much needed pounds. Since I have been with my bf (6 months) I have added an extra 5 pounds to my frame. It isn't that obvious but I really can't handle it.
Wish me luck for the next couple weeks.

Ahhhh...I feel a bit behind.
Last week I was super sick due to an unexpected kidney infection :(
My mom was feeding me carbs galore. On sunday.
Sunday:run 3.5 miles
monday:weight training with pt 1 hour 25 cardio
tuesday:bikram yoga
wed:15 min run- going to a show tonight with the bf

food has been good all week..next week is another crunch time moment. I am readyyyyy

I was ill for the last 3 days. Today I am getting back on my my normal routine...

bikam yoga 5x a week
cardio 4x a week
weight training 1 or 2x a week

diet filled with simple foods
soups.veggies.nuts.fruit.water.

I have 4 weeks exactly till Atlanta...I am wearing a dress and I know I can drop a size or 2 for sure. why couldn't I if know i have a goal and its 4 weeks away. I will be informing you at all times.

Ate an Asian pear and then did an 1 1/2 buckram yoga class. It went very well...going to bed

@morrw even more workout with less food.

Lunch: Went to a raw food restaurant and ordered the pasta. I only ate half so i will save the other half for dinner. I also worked out for an hour:

ran for 35 min
walked for 10

hey guys...I am going to start the master cleanse on tuesday...yay!!! I hve done it twice before...does anyone else wanna start with me? Or is anyone here on it as we speak? I love doing the MC with ppl because it helps me stay motivated...
